Fight COVID-19, WePlay! Presents the Dota 2 WeSave Charity Tournament! Online Charity

This situation makes the top competitive realm Dota 2 hardly have a single tournament. Do not remain silent, esports event organizer WePlay! just announced the tournament Dota 2 online which was created with the aim of raising funds to help eradicate the circulation of the COVID-19 virus.

Titled WeSave! Charity Play Marathon, this tournament is a non-profit tournament dedicated to fighting the COVID-19 virus. WePlay! admitted that he wanted to help beat the circulation of the COVID-19 virus by using the esports route.

No kidding, the team that participates in this tournament is the top resident team Dota 2 now. It is planned that each region will send 4 teams to participate in this tournament, that means a total of 24 teams will participate.

There are still 10 empty team slots left, and there are still many top teams like Evil Geniuese, OG Esports, Fnatic, and many more that might follow this tournament.

The prize wagered in this tournament is US $ 120,000 or the equivalent of 1.7 billion rupiah. The prize will not be distributed to the winning team, but the money will be sent to Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations Foundation (CEPI). This organization is the foundation of research to find an antidote for the COVID-19 virus, which is currently undiscovered.

Not quite there, WePlay! also open a donation for the audience which later the money will be put into the main prize. The money from the tournament sponsor this time is also confirmed to go to the main prize, all the money will be donated.
