United States Bans Arrival of Foreigners Who Have Been to China, Impacts to Major?

The Corona virus which is known to have originated in Wuhan, China is a serious problem for the international community and disturbs some event sports, esports is no exception.

Seeing the fast spread of the Corona virus, several countries decided to prohibit Chinese citizens from coming.

One of the countries that took the policy to prohibit Chinese citizens from coming is the United States, where as we know that the United States is the venue for the 2020 ESL One Los Angeles Major.

Reporting from The Verge, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, has banned native citizens and citizens of China from entering the United States for 2 weeks.

However, the ESL did not seem to bother with the rules imposed in the United States and continued to announce that the Chinese region had 3 slots for closed qualification.

With ESL One Los Angeles 2020 ready to kick off in March it could potentially lead to multiple Chinese teams Dota 2 You will not be able to enter ESL One Los Angeles 2020 if the regulations to prohibit Chinese citizens from entering the United States are added.

The third major tournament will have a total cash prize of USD 1 million and 15 thousand DPC points.

There is no certainty yet, but hopefully the spread of the corona virus and the disease can be found by the end of February before the major takes place.
